    ​One of the famous Hotels on the Magnificent Mile in
Chicago is the InterContinental Hotel, 505 North Michigan
Ave., Chicago. It noted for its historic iconic construction
and decor. It has a three story fitness area including a lap
pool that is quite impressive.
   What was so evident is the Michael Jordan Restaurant
which services the food for the hotel events. The Historic
Hotel Luncheon includes Salad: Charlotte of Peekytoe Crab
with Avocado, Tomato Gaell, Mesclun Greens and Shallot
Vinaigrette; Green Apple Sorbet with a Splash of Champagne
and three Entrees. Filet Mignon, Pan Seared Halibut, or Vegetable Napoleon and Dessert. The executive Chef is Randy
Reed and Chris Schmidt is Director of Catering.
